• Year-round, half-year, and permanent campsites are available for occupancy on specific dates. Before and after these dates, the normal price is charged.
• Package prices are for one family with unmarried children (-23 yrs. old). When subletting to another person or with a visitor, the currently listed prices apply. Different prices apply for the apartments!
• You must pay extra for a second car. Removal of bulk garbage by the municipality is subject to a fee.
• All campsites are equipped with electricity, water (in summer), and sewage hook-up. When draining greywater from your camper, always do so in a bucket or other receptacle.
• Showers, sauna, infrared cabins for a fee
• Free ski bus stops at the campgrounds, washing cars on the grounds is not allowed - a washing facility is located nearby.
• Prices and conditions subject to change. Upon appearance of a new price list, all previous prices/conditions become invalid.
• There is a speed limit (walking pace) throughout the grounds.
• Quiet hours on the campground and in the apartment house: 10:00 pm - 7:30 am (except for the clearing of snow). You must occupy your campsite on your arrival day between 12:00 - 6:00 pm or your apartment from 4:00 - 8:00 pm, otherwise the campsite/apartment may be assigned to someone else. Please notify us of your departure a day in advance!
• An eco-tax of 0.25 Euro is included with the visitor's tax in summer.
• There is no discount for hut and mountain tours. In the event of premature departure from reserved campsites/apartments, we must charge the full amount.
• Campsites are assigned by the camping personnel, and the assigned site must be used.
• Our personnel's instructions must be followed. Otherwise, you may be asked to leave the campsite/apartment.
• On your departure day, the campsite must be cleared by 9:00 am, and the apartments must be left and cleaned by 10:00 am. We ask that you leave the campsite/apartment in the same condition that you found it when assigned to it by the staff. Otherwise, you will be charged for this service.
• Dogs/ pets must be kept on a leash and are only allowed on the campgrounds!!! Animal waste must be picked up. Animals are not allowed in the apartments. Outside of the campgrounds, there is a field for dogs.
• You will be charged for damages caused by you, your pets, etc.
• Use of the entire campgrounds, building, etc. is at your own risk. We are not liable for any kind of loss or damage. (Be careful around water - ice and hard-packed snow may cause slipping and/or injury). Parents are responsible for their children.
• A deposit is required for reservations. The deposit that has been paid can't be refunded in the case of a cancellation. You will be charged for booked times!!!
• Payment must be made in advance and in CASH. Electricity and other additional amenities are charged based on usage and must be paid for prior to departure. Bills must be looked over; complaints arising later will not be taken into consideration! Verbal agreements and information are only valid in writing.
• When it comes to public oversight authorities, each camp guest is personally responsible for their gas-electric system, tent awnings, camper and objects, etc.! Incurred costs can't be charged to the campground operator!
  The place of jurisdiction is Zell am Ziller, and Austrian law applies.
