Prices & Information

• A 25-meter power cord is recommended for the electrical connection. A flashlight may also be helpful.
• All campsites are equipped with electricity, water (in summer), and wastewater drainage. A bucket must always be placed under the wastewater drain of caravans, motorhomes, or similar vehicles.
• Showers, the sauna, infrared heat cabins, and lawn mowing services are subject to a fee.
• The ski bus stops right at the campground and takes you conveniently to the ski area.
• Washing cars at the campground is not permitted. There is a car wash nearby.
• Bulky waste, wood waste, and hazardous waste must be disposed of at the municipal facility for a fee.
• Internet outages cannot be attributed to the campground operator.
• Each camping guest is personally responsible to authorities and inspection agencies for their gas and electrical systems, tents, awnings, trailers, and other equipment. Any resulting costs cannot be charged to the campground operator.
• Prices and terms are subject to change. With the publication of a new price list, all previous prices and terms lose their validity.

Check-in from 4:00 PM
Check-out by 9:00 AM at the latest

If you plan to arrive after 7:00 PM, please let us know in advance, as the campsite or apartment may otherwise be rebooked for other guests. Please notify us of your departure the day before.

On the day of departure, the campsite must be vacated by 9:00 AM at the latest.
Apartments must be vacated by 9:00 AM at the latest and left in the same condition as when they were handed over by the campground staff. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be charged.

• Annual, semi-annual, and permanent sites must be occupied by the respective start date. If the site is occupied earlier or later, the standard rate will apply.
• Sites are assigned by campground staff and must be used accordingly.
• Guests must follow the staff’s instructions; failure to do so may result in removal from the site or the apartment.
• Walking speed is required throughout the campground.

• Subletting to other persons is not permitted.
• Day visitors must pay the applicable rates.
• Different rates apply to apartments.
• A second car, extra tent, or additional amenities must be paid for separately.
• Winter and summer season sites are available upon request.
• Apartments and rental accommodations can also be booked upon request.

Prices and terms are subject to change. With the release of a new price list, all previous prices and terms lose their validity.

Quiet hours at the campground, in the apartments, and in the farmhouse are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
(except during snow removal or necessary maintenance work).

Dogs are only allowed on the campground and must be kept on a leash at all times.
Pets are not permitted in the apartments.
Pet waste must be picked up. Bags for this purpose are available along the walking path by the Ziller River.

• Guests are responsible for compensating for any damage caused by themselves, their pets, or other items.
• Use of the entire campground, buildings, and facilities is at your own risk.
• We assume no liability for loss or damage of any kind.
• Caution: Wet, icy, or snowy surfaces—there is a risk of slipping and injury.
• Parents are responsible for their children.

• A deposit is required when making a reservation.
• Unfortunately, the deposit cannot be refunded in the event of a cancellation.
• Booked time slots must be charged.
• We recommend purchasing cancellation insurance.
• In the event of early departure from reserved rooms or apartments, the entire stay must be charged.

• Payment must be made in advance, either in cash or by bank transfer. (Credit card payments are not accepted.)
• Electricity and other additional services will be billed based on usage and must be paid before departure.
• Please check your bill immediately; complaints received after the fact cannot be considered.
• Verbal agreements or information are only valid if confirmed in writing.
• If you arrive at night, this must also be paid.
